L’iniziativa è nata per portare il cliente a conoscenza che il decoder che si sta acquistando non è di importazione parallela, ma gode di garanzia ed assistenza italiana. Questa misura è in relazione al fatto che alcuni shop vendono decoder AzBox spacciandoli come importazione ufficiale azbox Italia, mentre nella realtà sono decoder provenienti dalla Germania.

Ciò significa che nel momento in cui essi avranno bisogno di assistenza, tale intervento non verrà riconosciuto per nessun motivo da Sat Trade azbox Italia e l’incauto acquirente dovrà inoltre sobbarcarsi anche le spese di spedizione verso l’importatore tedesco.
